Textilland enjoyment menu

The Textilland gourmet menu combines regional delicacies with fascinating anecdotes from the history of textiles in eastern Switzerland – from the 15th century to the present day.

Groups can enjoy a sensory evening in a historic city palace in the monastery district of St. Gallen, where traditional specialities such as blue St.Gallen potatoes and «Ribelmais» are served, lovingly prepared with regional ingredients. A member of the Schlössli team guides guests through the evening – entertaining, knowledgeable, and vivid. The stylishly furnished dining room, awarded 14 GaultMillau points, offers the perfect ambience for culinary depth with a cultural touch.
